Most repairs take 2-3 days, but we do offer a 24-hour priority service (provided we can get the parts in time). If we need to order parts, we typically can get these delivered the next day. We know your time is valuable and we understand that every moment without your computer is a moment of lost productivity, so we will always try to get it back to you as quickly as possible.
We are honest and up-front, and we value your time, your money, and your trust. To that end, we will always offer you a fixed and fair price before starting work. In the event we need to diagnose the problem first, we will include any special considerations or extensive repair expectations in our quote. The last thing we want is for you to be surprised by the bill after the work is done; we want you to know exactly what your repair will cost before we start.
